Narrative:
En route from pbi to rdu, after takeoff while in climb out phase, told by ZMA to maintain 15000 ft. After passing 14000 ft, ZMA advised us of an air carrier B757 at our 11 O'clock reference position. The captain advised ZMA that he had visually acquired the B757. We were then advised that the B757 was descending to 7000 ft through our altitude. We never heard the B757 call us visually and he started to descend. Upon passing 14500 ft, we received an RA to 'monitor vertical speed.' I did. We then received another RA to 'monitor vertical speed.' I immediately disconnected the autothrottles and began applying forward pressure. Correction was stopped upon reaching 14000 ft. There were no injuries and the flight continued with no further incident. The captain contacted ZMA after the occurrence and asked if there were any problems and ZMA replied that there was not unless we had a problem.

Title: FK100 RESPONDS TO TCASII RA AND ADVISES MIA OF ACTIONS.
Narrative: ENRTE FROM PBI TO RDU, AFTER TKOF WHILE IN CLBOUT PHASE, TOLD BY ZMA TO MAINTAIN 15000 FT. AFTER PASSING 14000 FT, ZMA ADVISED US OF AN ACR B757 AT OUR 11 O'CLOCK REF POS. THE CAPT ADVISED ZMA THAT HE HAD VISUALLY ACQUIRED THE B757. WE WERE THEN ADVISED THAT THE B757 WAS DSNDING TO 7000 FT THROUGH OUR ALT. WE NEVER HEARD THE B757 CALL US VISUALLY AND HE STARTED TO DSND. UPON PASSING 14500 FT, WE RECEIVED AN RA TO 'MONITOR VERT SPD.' I DID. WE THEN RECEIVED ANOTHER RA TO 'MONITOR VERT SPD.' I IMMEDIATELY DISCONNECTED THE AUTOTHROTTLES AND BEGAN APPLYING FORWARD PRESSURE. CORRECTION WAS STOPPED UPON REACHING 14000 FT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND THE FLT CONTINUED WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. THE CAPT CONTACTED ZMA AFTER THE OCCURRENCE AND ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY PROBS AND ZMA REPLIED THAT THERE WAS NOT UNLESS WE HAD A PROB.
