Narrative:
After an all night flight that started with a change of equipment and a delayed departure, we received the clearance. We were cleared for the visual approach from approach control. We were never given, 'contact tower.' after landing we realized we were still listening to approach control. We switched to tower frequency and were told to cross intersecting runway and contact ground. No mention of landing without proper clearance or anything else out of the ordinary.
