Narrative:
Passenger seated in main cabin came to first class and refused to move for the flight attendant, so she may continue service. Then the passenger argued with her. When asked to move, the passenger proceeded to smack her hand. Flight attendant got a passenger misconduct form for the captain to back her up.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT, S80, SJC-ORD, PAX SMACKED HAND OF FLT ATTENDANT. CAPT GAVE PAX A WARNING.
Narrative: PAX SEATED IN MAIN CABIN CAME TO FIRST CLASS AND REFUSED TO MOVE FOR THE FLT ATTENDANT, SO SHE MAY CONTINUE SVC. THEN THE PAX ARGUED WITH HER. WHEN ASKED TO MOVE, THE PAX PROCEEDED TO SMACK HER HAND. FLT ATTENDANT GOT A PAX MISCONDUCT FORM FOR THE CAPT TO BACK HER UP.
