Narrative:
After landing and while deplaning passenger, the fuel truck pulled up and began pointing to the right aircraft nacelle, as if something was wrong. When I went to look, I discovered the right engine hydraulic system access panel missing. This door is approximately 2 ft by 3 ft square. The aircraft was in for maintenance the previous night and had been signed off by maintenance as airworthy. A detailed preflight was performed by the first officer prior to the first flight of the day and the panel was found to be closed and secured as per the first officer. Postflts were performed prior to each consecutive departure and the door was not noted to be missing.
