Narrative:
Sector was busy. Aircraft X departed from satellite airport, int. C560, aircraft X was in his climb to 12000 ft. Aircraft X did not take the turn issued to 050 degrees. Aircraft Y, BE58, was descending for int to 4000 ft. Conflict alert went off and turns were issued to both aircraft. They did not see each other.

Title: ACFT X DID NOT RESPOND TO A TURN INITIALLY GIVEN BY ATC. THIS RESULTED IN LOSS OF STANDARD SEPARATION WITH ACFT Y.
Narrative: SECTOR WAS BUSY. ACFT X DEPARTED FROM SATELLITE ARPT, INT. C560, ACFT X WAS IN HIS CLB TO 12000 FT. ACFT X DID NOT TAKE THE TURN ISSUED TO 050 DEGS. ACFT Y, BE58, WAS DSNDING FOR INT TO 4000 FT. CONFLICT ALERT WENT OFF AND TURNS WERE ISSUED TO BOTH ACFT. THEY DID NOT SEE EACH OTHER.
