Narrative:
We were cleared by departure to climb as rapidly as possible to 15000 ft on the sea 158 degree radial. The next clearance was to level at 11000 ft. As we were just level, a twin jet at 11000 ft enters our TCASII scope resulting in an RA to climb. The lear jet turns and passes behind us. The lear jet had a visual on us.
