Narrative:
While on a visual approach to runway 34R at sea we were told a truck was on the runway expect landing clearance on short final. While turning final we were asked to call visual on a B777 but, we could not see the B777 and did not report it. The tower on a 4 mi final switch our runway to land behind the B777 on runway 34L. While 30 ft above the runway we flew into the B777 wake turbulence. We were able to execute an escape and land. I believe the B777 wing produces a large amount of wake turbulence and the sea tower did not give us the legal distance from the B777.
