Narrative:
At approximately 1000 ft AGL the right engine failed. We declared an emergency and returned for a landing. After taxiing clear of the runway and being checked over by crash fire rescue equipment team we were unable to taxi to the gate because one of our brakes locked up. We were towed to the gate.
