Narrative:
Upon arriving at bos airport we were directed to park at a non standard B757 gate. I took directions in to the gate, taxiing on the right engine. All seemed normal. I used no unusually high RPM to accomplish the parking job. I arrived the next morning to find that a luggage container had been blown into the #2 engine of an air carrier aircraft causing a delay. Recommend either using both engines for taxi in or tow aircraft to gate. Supplemental information from acn 446875: after we passed the parked aircraft, the captain started a right turn in to our gate using idle power on the #2 engine. Our jetblast blew an empty baggage container into the parked aircraft, hitting the #2 engine of that aircraft. Idle power was used all the way in to our gate but with the container being empty it was light enough to be blown into the other aircraft.

Narrative: UPON ARRIVING AT BOS ARPT WE WERE DIRECTED TO PARK AT A NON STANDARD B757 GATE. I TOOK DIRECTIONS IN TO THE GATE, TAXIING ON THE R ENG. ALL SEEMED NORMAL. I USED NO UNUSUALLY HIGH RPM TO ACCOMPLISH THE PARKING JOB. I ARRIVED THE NEXT MORNING TO FIND THAT A LUGGAGE CONTAINER HAD BEEN BLOWN INTO THE #2 ENG OF AN ACR ACFT CAUSING A DELAY. RECOMMEND EITHER USING BOTH ENGS FOR TAXI IN OR TOW ACFT TO GATE. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 446875: AFTER WE PASSED THE PARKED ACFT, THE CAPT STARTED A R TURN IN TO OUR GATE USING IDLE PWR ON THE #2 ENG. OUR JETBLAST BLEW AN EMPTY BAGGAGE CONTAINER INTO THE PARKED ACFT, HITTING THE #2 ENG OF THAT ACFT. IDLE PWR WAS USED ALL THE WAY IN TO OUR GATE BUT WITH THE CONTAINER BEING EMPTY IT WAS LIGHT ENOUGH TO BE BLOWN INTO THE OTHER ACFT.
