Narrative:
The problem arose due to a seat duplication. The passenger was angry, extremely irate, because she and her sister were given new seats further back. I was not involved in this portion of the problem. Although the flight attendant involved did everything she could to accommodate passenger, the passenger continued with her finger waving in the face of other flight attendant. It should have been a simple problem with a simple solution. During comp checks, she wouldn't fasten her seatbelt, so I called the captain. He said to ask her if she wanted to get off. When I went back, she had her arms covering her lap. I said, 'oh did you fasten your belt?' she waved her arms up, so I could see her lap and said to *&%$ off, leave her alone. I felt she was a little bit out of control to the point she could be a potential problem, or should I say a bigger problem during flight. We went back to the gate, and she was escorted off. Her sister was not a problem, but elected to get off anyway. We had plenty of witnesses on board that were aware of the situation.
