Narrative:

While completing logbook entry on jetbridge (placarding center fuel tank inoperative due to unable to fuel in ZZZ) an uninvolved crew chief disconnected the connector plug on the #2 fueling valve, inadvertently thinking I was placarding some other component. This was without my knowledge until after the aircraft had long departed the station. Maintenance technician was notified to tell downline station (abc).

THIS WAS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE UNTIL AFTER THE ACFT HAD LONG DEPARTED THE STATION. MAINT TECHNICIAN WAS NOTIFIED TO TELL DOWNLINE STATION (ABC).
