Narrative:
We were en route between tus and phx when we received a TCASII RA and the command to climb. We immediately climbed to miss traffic beneath us. At 12700 ft we topped out and once clear returned to 12000 ft and advised ATC.

Title: ACR TOOK EVASIVE ACTION BECAUSE OF TCASII RA.
Narrative: WE WERE ENRTE BTWN TUS AND PHX WHEN WE RECEIVED A TCASII RA AND THE COMMAND TO CLB. WE IMMEDIATELY CLBED TO MISS TFC BENEATH US. AT 12700 FT WE TOPPED OUT AND ONCE CLR RETURNED TO 12000 FT AND ADVISED ATC.
