Narrative:
Possible improper logbook entry. Logbook had placard downgrading aircraft to single engine land. On further review of logbook after departure, we could find no numbered entry corresponding to placard.

Narrative: POSSIBLE IMPROPER LOGBOOK ENTRY. LOGBOOK HAD PLACARD DOWNGRADING ACFT TO SINGLE ENG LAND. ON FURTHER REVIEW OF LOGBOOK AFTER DEP, WE COULD FIND NO NUMBERED ENTRY CORRESPONDING TO PLACARD.
