Narrative:
All 3 pilots misread the altitudes for the check-points on descent as per paradise arrival to lax. We were approximately 1000 ft low on each one -- we used the MEA numbers. Reason -- I was so focused on the accuracy (or not) of the INS units (99% of the time we have GPS/FMS), I overlooked the target numbers.

Narrative: ALL 3 PLTS MISREAD THE ALTS FOR THE CHK-POINTS ON DSCNT AS PER PARADISE ARR TO LAX. WE WERE APPROX 1000 FT LOW ON EACH ONE -- WE USED THE MEA NUMBERS. REASON -- I WAS SO FOCUSED ON THE ACCURACY (OR NOT) OF THE INS UNITS (99% OF THE TIME WE HAVE GPS/FMS), I OVERLOOKED THE TARGET NUMBERS.
