Narrative:

On short final, noticed some leaning of aircraft to left. Noticed fuel imbal during landing roll. No unusual forces required to control airplane. Aircraft was out of limit for fuel load. Notified maintenance and briefed other crew. It appeared that fuel had not been feeding from left tanks. Lesson learned to keep stricter vigilance to fuel even on very short flight segments.
