Narrative:

ATC facility: ZID. Location: fwa 240 degree radial. There was confusion about what radial to hold on. We were holding outbound on the 240 degree radial and should have been holding inbound on the 240 degree radial. Supplemental information from acn 448339: received instructions to hold southwest on fwa 240 degree radial, 10 mi legs. Captain flying. After 2 turns, ATC advised we were west of assigned radial. We corrected pattern and resumed hold. No conflicts noted or observed.
