Narrative:
Captain was PF. Landed at approximately XA00. Smooth main gear touchdown, followed by rapid rise of nose 1-2 seconds later. Aggressively pushed nose down to prevent tail strike. Nose contacted runway hard and bounced back up. Pushed nose back down with repeat bounce. Then smoothly landed nose gear. Wrote up hard landing of nose gear in logbook. No tailstrike.

Narrative: CAPT WAS PF. LANDED AT APPROX XA00. SMOOTH MAIN GEAR TOUCHDOWN, FOLLOWED BY RAPID RISE OF NOSE 1-2 SECONDS LATER. AGGRESSIVELY PUSHED NOSE DOWN TO PREVENT TAIL STRIKE.
