Narrative:
Approaching final approach fix; we put gear down and only got two green lights. We executed a missed approach and were instructed to climb to 2;000 (as we were climbing through 2;200) the controller then gave us 2;500; all of this created a distraction. Upon leveling off we approached 210 KTS with flaps five before we could slow down and retract the flaps. After this event we completed the checklist and came back around for a safe landing.
