Narrative:
On aug/xa/99, I took a work turnover from swing shift on the installation of pneumatic drive motor and overpressure valve and associated ducting for the #1 reverser system. I completed the installation of the components and performed a leak check on the components I installed -- no air leaks were noted at that time. On the outbound flight, an air duct in the area where both shifts were working, came loose causing an in-flight shutdown and return to field. The problem was corrected at the gate and the flight was sent back out. At this time there is conflicting information on what clamp actually came loose.

Title: A DC10-30 IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF DECLARED AN EMER AND DIVERTED DUE TO A FIRE OVERHEAT WARNING ON #1 ENG CAUSED BY A LOOSE PNEUMATIC DUCT CLAMP.
Narrative: ON AUG/XA/99, I TOOK A WORK TURNOVER FROM SWING SHIFT ON THE INSTALLATION OF PNEUMATIC DRIVE MOTOR AND OVERPRESSURE VALVE AND ASSOCIATED DUCTING FOR THE #1 REVERSER SYS.
