Narrative:
On final for touch-and-go runway 28 at agc, when blimp to the north of runway requests departure to city, after confirming north departure, tower clears blimp to depart. Blimp is facing runway (south), however, as we touched down, blimp turns north, but ends up over runway (because of large radius turn) while we are on runway. We are forced to keep plane low because it is too late to abort but we are under blimp.
