Narrative:
During the origination preflight we did not notice that the witness tape on the GPWS override switch was broken. We flew with it in that condition until landing where we noticed it and had it fixed.

Title: ACR MISSES BROKEN WITNESS TAPE DURING PREFLT.
Narrative: DURING THE ORIGINATION PREFLT WE DID NOT NOTICE THAT THE WITNESS TAPE ON THE GPWS OVERRIDE SWITCH WAS BROKEN. WE FLEW WITH IT IN THAT CONDITION UNTIL LNDG WHERE WE NOTICED IT AND HAD IT FIXED.
