Narrative:
Descending into aus and deviating for WX, we crossed swezy intersection at 13000 ft. We were in the clear, small band of clouds ahead of us, and nothing painting on the radar. We asked for lower to get under these clouds. Iah told us to stand by. At that time, all hell broke loose. I turned the autoplt off, retarded the throttles. The turbulence took us to 13600 ft. At that time iah cleared us lower. The seatbelt sign was on the entire flight. We had a deadheading flight attendant injured. We landed with no further problems.
