Narrative:
I allowed 2 jump seat riders on board, one was in the cockpit and one in the cabin. After takeoff I realized that the particular aircraft we were in did not have a seatbelt at the second observer's location, therefore, I could only carry 1 jump seat rider per company policy.

Title: A B737-200 FLC ALLOWED A JUMP SEAT TO BE OCCUPIED WITHOUT A SEAT BELT INSTALLED.
Narrative: I ALLOWED 2 JUMP SEAT RIDERS ON BOARD, ONE WAS IN THE COCKPIT AND ONE IN THE CABIN. AFTER TKOF I REALIZED THAT THE PARTICULAR ACFT WE WERE IN DID NOT HAVE A SEATBELT AT THE SECOND OBSERVER'S LOCATION, THEREFORE, I COULD ONLY CARRY 1 JUMP SEAT RIDER PER COMPANY POLICY.
