Narrative:
A missed approach was started at the OM when the captain noticed the GS receiver was inoperative. At the same time the right engine flamed out, captain was given a clearance to 2500 ft. While trying to restart the engine, the aircraft climbed to an altitude of 2900 ft. At that time we were reclred to 3000 ft.

Title: A CITATION 5 PLT DISCOVERED INOP GS INDICATOR AND HAD AN ENG FAILURE DURING THE MISSED APCH AT CAE. THE PLT ATTEMPTED TO RESTART THE ENG AND CLBED ABOVE THE ASSIGNED ALT.
Narrative: A MISSED APCH WAS STARTED AT THE OM WHEN THE CAPT NOTICED THE GS RECEIVER WAS INOP. AT THE SAME TIME THE R ENG FLAMED OUT, CAPT WAS GIVEN A CLRNC TO 2500 FT. WHILE TRYING TO RESTART THE ENG, THE ACFT CLBED TO AN ALT OF 2900 FT. AT THAT TIME WE WERE RECLRED TO 3000 FT.
