Narrative:

I accidentally crossed the hold line at the intersection of runway 27 and runway 16L at meacham field, by 10 ft, then stopped. Another aircraft was cleared for takeoff on runway 16L. The tower held him in position until I recrossed the hold line. There was no real conflict. The intersection is approximately 4500 ft from the takeoff point of runway 16L. Tower was called twice with no answer from them, which was a distraction.

Narrative: I ACCIDENTALLY CROSSED THE HOLD LINE AT THE INTXN OF RWY 27 AND RWY 16L AT MEACHAM FIELD, BY 10 FT, THEN STOPPED. ANOTHER ACFT WAS CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 16L.
