Narrative:
Noted 7 KT difference between captain's and first officer's IAS on takeoff which continued to show at cruise. First officer flying chose to use speed brake to increase rate of descent while turning base to final. With 20 degree bank and IAS of 207 KTS (captain) and 217 KTS (first officer) got stick shaker when flap 0 degrees maneuver speed was 197 KTS.

Title: AN ACR FLC FLYING A B727 TO ATL EXPERIENCE A DIFFERENCE IN AIRSPD INDICATIONS BTWN CAPT AND COPLT INSTS LATER RESULTING IN A STICK SHAKER EVENT WHILE SLOWING TO MANEUVER FOR THEIR APCH.
Narrative: NOTED 7 KT DIFFERENCE BTWN CAPT'S AND FO'S IAS ON TKOF WHICH CONTINUED TO SHOW AT CRUISE. FO FLYING CHOSE TO USE SPD BRAKE TO INCREASE RATE OF DSCNT WHILE TURNING BASE TO FINAL.
