During cruise, 'flaps fail' caution illuminated. Performed QRH procedures. Consulted maintenance control, dispatch, ATC. Briefed flight attendant and passenger. Had crash fire rescue equipment equipment standing by. Landing was uneventful (zero-flap landing). Was acting as PF but not PIC at the time. CRM was handled professionally and all necessary safety items addressed.
