Narrative:
Location: events occurred between the vicinity of lamoni VOR and salina VOR. In the vicinity of lmn VOR, #1 flight attendant informed the flight deck crew of a passenger seated in xx that was non responsive and incoherent. An announcement was made requesting a physician and there was none on board. However, an emt and a nurse were on board and took the passenger's blood pressure and administered oxygen. Concurrently, I made contact with medical and doctor on duty was apprised of the situation. The nurse and the emt informed me that the passenger had had a seizure and felt that the passenger would benefit from emergency medical treatment. The doctor also concurred that the passenger might be in need of medical treatment. A decision was made to divert to ict because it was the closest airport to our position when the decision was made. Radio calls were made to company personnel and we were informed that paramedics were available and B757 service was not a problem. We landed and parked on the ramp adjacent to the gates and airstairs were brought to the aircraft and the paramedics came and examined and interviewed the passenger. He refused to go to the hospital. Passenger disembarked and was placed in the custody/care of air carrier personnel. Aircraft was refueled, released for phx.

Title: FLC OF A B757 DIVERTED TO LAND DUE TO PAX ILLNESS.
Narrative: LOCATION: EVENTS OCCURRED BTWN THE VICINITY OF LAMONI VOR AND SALINA VOR. IN THE VICINITY OF LMN VOR, #1 FLT ATTENDANT INFORMED THE FLT DECK CREW OF A PAX SEATED IN XX THAT WAS NON RESPONSIVE AND INCOHERENT. AN ANNOUNCEMENT WAS MADE REQUESTING A PHYSICIAN AND THERE WAS NONE ON BOARD. HOWEVER, AN EMT AND A NURSE WERE ON BOARD AND TOOK THE PAX'S BLOOD PRESSURE AND ADMINISTERED OXYGEN. CONCURRENTLY, I MADE CONTACT WITH MEDICAL AND DOCTOR ON DUTY WAS APPRISED OF THE SIT. THE NURSE AND THE EMT INFORMED ME THAT THE PAX HAD HAD A SEIZURE AND FELT THAT THE PAX WOULD BENEFIT FROM EMER MEDICAL TREATMENT. THE DOCTOR ALSO CONCURRED THAT THE PAX MIGHT BE IN NEED OF MEDICAL TREATMENT. A DECISION WAS MADE TO DIVERT TO ICT BECAUSE IT WAS THE CLOSEST ARPT TO OUR POS WHEN THE DECISION WAS MADE. RADIO CALLS WERE MADE TO COMPANY PERSONNEL AND WE WERE INFORMED THAT PARAMEDICS WERE AVAILABLE AND B757 SVC WAS NOT A PROB. WE LANDED AND PARKED ON THE RAMP ADJACENT TO THE GATES AND AIRSTAIRS WERE BROUGHT TO THE ACFT AND THE PARAMEDICS CAME AND EXAMINED AND INTERVIEWED THE PAX. HE REFUSED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. PAX DISEMBARKED AND WAS PLACED IN THE CUSTODY/CARE OF ACR PERSONNEL. ACFT WAS REFUELED, RELEASED FOR PHX.
