Narrative:
After takeoff, teterboro 4 departure from runway 24 states runway heading to 1500 ft, right turn to 280 degrees, maintain 1500 ft until 4.5 DME from teb, then climb to 3000 ft. We reached 1800 ft prior to the 4.5 DME. We descended immediately. No conflict was apparent to us.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF, TETERBORO 4 DEP FROM RWY 24 STATES RWY HEADING TO 1500 FT, R TURN TO 280 DEGS, MAINTAIN 1500 FT UNTIL 4.5 DME FROM TEB, THEN CLB TO 3000 FT. WE REACHED 1800 FT PRIOR TO THE 4.5 DME. WE DSNDED IMMEDIATELY. NO CONFLICT WAS APPARENT TO US.
