Lga expressway visual runway 31 -- strobes on maspeth tanks. Do not fly to lga often. Hard to identify maspeth gas tanks at night. Would be great help if tanks had strobes on them to make identify easier.

Narrative: LGA EXPRESSWAY VISUAL RWY 31 -- STROBES ON MASPETH TANKS. DO NOT FLY TO LGA OFTEN. HARD TO IDENT MASPETH GAS TANKS AT NIGHT. WOULD BE GREAT HELP IF TANKS HAD STROBES ON THEM TO MAKE IDENT EASIER.
