In sum: the flight crew finds discrepancies with the fuel load, fuel sheets, aircraft weight and balance, passenger boarded and unboarded, and generally with all aspects of getting this scheduled flight to depart anywhere near its departure slot. All eventually works out with an excess of checking and rechking on the part of the crew.

Narrative: IN SUM: THE FLC FINDS DISCREPANCIES WITH THE FUEL LOAD, FUEL SHEETS, ACFT WT AND BAL, PAX BOARDED AND UNBOARDED, AND GENERALLY WITH ALL ASPECTS OF GETTING THIS SCHEDULED FLT TO DEPART ANYWHERE NEAR ITS DEP SLOT. ALL EVENTUALLY WORKS OUT WITH AN EXCESS OF CHKING AND RECHKING ON THE PART OF THE CREW.
