Narrative:
Aircraft had just been released to me by local FBO (who had supposedly repaired the gear). When immediately upon takeoff the gear light (green) went off, the gear would not move at all (up or down), and no matter what I tried (including pumping), I could not get the green (or any colored) gear light to come back on. My direct vision and wing mirrors showed both front and rear gear were down. I landed the plane on runway 32 numbers without incident until 1/2 way down the runway the front gear collapsed. The incident harmed the propeller, the engine (sudden stoppage), the gear doors and front under belly. I sustained neck pain due to the associated whiplash injury.

Title: A COMMERCIAL RATED PLT FLYING A C337 AT HMZ AFTER MAINT WAS PERFORMED ON THE LNDG GEAR WAS NOT ABLE TO EXTEND THE LNDG GEAR FOR LNDG RESULTING IN ACFT DAMAGE AND PERSONAL INJURY TO THE PLT.
Narrative: ACFT HAD JUST BEEN RELEASED TO ME BY LCL FBO (WHO HAD SUPPOSEDLY REPAIRED THE GEAR). WHEN IMMEDIATELY UPON TKOF THE GEAR LIGHT (GREEN) WENT OFF, THE GEAR WOULD NOT MOVE AT ALL (UP OR DOWN), AND NO MATTER WHAT I TRIED (INCLUDING PUMPING), I COULD NOT GET THE GREEN (OR ANY COLORED) GEAR LIGHT TO COME BACK ON. MY DIRECT VISION AND WING MIRRORS SHOWED BOTH FRONT AND REAR GEAR WERE DOWN. I LANDED THE PLANE ON RWY 32 NUMBERS WITHOUT INCIDENT UNTIL 1/2 WAY DOWN THE RWY THE FRONT GEAR COLLAPSED. THE INCIDENT HARMED THE PROP, THE ENG (SUDDEN STOPPAGE), THE GEAR DOORS AND FRONT UNDER BELLY. I SUSTAINED NECK PAIN DUE TO THE ASSOCIATED WHIPLASH INJURY.
