Narrative:
Rudder pedals came disconnected from rudder which was loose and free in aircraft X. Fourth flight after annual which required aft section removal. Quick disconnect pin improperly reinstalled. Second inspector should ensure job done properly. Landed safely, crosswind 5 KTS, engaged nosewheel steering for rollout. Crew discussed, idented problem, chose longer rather than wider shorter runway. Slight slip.

Narrative: RUDDER PEDALS CAME DISCONNECTED FROM RUDDER WHICH WAS LOOSE AND FREE IN ACFT X. FOURTH FLT AFTER ANNUAL WHICH REQUIRED AFT SECTION REMOVAL. QUICK DISCONNECT PIN IMPROPERLY REINSTALLED.
