Title: MIL PLT HAS COM PROBS WHEN CTR ASSUMES HE IS USING VHF RADIOS CONTRARY TO WHAT IS FILED ON FLT PLAN.
Narrative: CTR ASSUMED ACFT WAS XMITTING AND RECEIVING ON VHF. CTR SHOULD REVIEW FLT PLAN/STRIP TO VERIFY ACFT EQUIP CODE AND TO DETERMINE WHETHER ACFT IS UHF OR VHF EQUIPPED.
