Narrative:
Upon touchdown at night on runway 28 at bid, the right landing gear struck a deer on the runway. I did not see the deer. The resultant damage was the removal of the right gear and the aircraft settled on right wing skidding off the right side of runway.

Title: PA32 HIT A DEER ON LNDG AT NIGHT AT BID.
Narrative: UPON TOUCHDOWN AT NIGHT ON RWY 28 AT BID, THE R LNDG GEAR STRUCK A DEER ON THE RWY. I DID NOT SEE THE DEER. THE RESULTANT DAMAGE WAS THE REMOVAL OF THE R GEAR AND THE ACFT SETTLED ON R WING SKIDDING OFF THE R SIDE OF RWY.
