Narrative:
During climb out from pdx, master caution light illuminated with a fuel advisory. Both forward and aft fuel pumps in tank #2 illuminated low pressure with 10000 pounds of fuel in that tank. Approximately 30 seconds later, the right center tank fuel pump illuminated low pressure. We pulled out the QRH and discovered 2 circuit breakers were popped. We elected to return back to pdx with a non eventful overweight landing. We believe we had an electrical problem. We coordinated with ATC, maintenance control, flight and dispatch.

Title: FLC OF AN MLG RETURNED TO LAND AFTER THE LOW FUEL PUMP PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT INDICATED THE #2 AND R CTR FUEL TANKS HAD LOW FUEL PRESSURE. OVERWT LNDG WAS MADE DUE TO NEAR FULL FUEL TANKS.
