Narrative:
I was taxiing to another location on the airport (cae). My windshield got fogged up and a lot of condensation occurred from the outside. I was on the yellow line taxiing, but I missed a turn to the left and kept on going straight, which caused the aircraft to go over the grass and my left propeller hit a taxi light. The damage was only on 1 propeller -- no other damage occurred. I should have immediately stopped the plane (a PA34 200T), opened the door and looked outside, or maybe come to a full stop, stopped the engines and went outside to wipe the windshields. I did dry the windshields well before taxiing and my taxi speed was slow -- a brisk walk. While I was looking for the yellow line, is when this happened. It happened too fast and I regret so much not coming to a full stop.
