Narrative:
Altitude set for 15000 ft on autoplt and was confirmed by captain, first officer flying. Captain went on PA to address passenger. I noticed aircraft passing through 15000 ft with altitude alerter set at 16000 ft. Disconnected autoplt and began descent and reconfirmed 15000 ft was the assigned altitude. Aircraft reached altitude of 15800 ft. ATC stated it didn't create any conflicts.

Narrative: ALT SET FOR 15000 FT ON AUTOPLT AND WAS CONFIRMED BY CAPT, FO FLYING. CAPT WENT ON PA TO ADDRESS PAX. I NOTICED ACFT PASSING THROUGH 15000 FT WITH ALT ALERTER SET AT 16000 FT. DISCONNECTED AUTOPLT AND BEGAN DSCNT AND RECONFIRMED 15000 FT WAS THE ASSIGNED ALT. ACFT REACHED ALT OF 15800 FT. ATC STATED IT DIDN'T CREATE ANY CONFLICTS.
