Narrative:
Passenger refused to check bag even though there was no room on aircraft. Passenger threw bag on flight attendant's feet. Captain was alerted. Captain removed passenger from aircraft. 3 traveling companions also deplaned. To resolve problem, limit carry-on luggage.
