Narrative:
New captain with less than 35 hours in aircraft was flying. While first officer was finishing up cruise checklist, the captain allowed the aircraft to climb 600 ft from assigned altitude. First officer called 'altitude, why are we climbing?' captain responded with 'shit!'

Narrative: NEW CAPT WITH LESS THAN 35 HRS IN ACFT WAS FLYING. WHILE FO WAS FINISHING UP CRUISE CHKLIST, THE CAPT ALLOWED THE ACFT TO CLB 600 FT FROM ASSIGNED ALT. FO CALLED 'ALT, WHY ARE WE CLBING?' CAPT RESPONDED WITH 'SHIT!'
