This commuter airline, air carrier X, a commuter airline for a company, routinely and incorrectly files through a canned flight plan wrong altitude for direction of flight to youngstown and morgantown out of pit. No reason for those altitudes on a day-to-day basis. Just incorrect requested altitude for direction of flight.
