Narrative:
The ATIS indicated that the mu reading was for good braking. There was snow on the ATIS as light. This was encountered on the approach, yet was not present upon landing. After my landing, at 60 KTS, we xferred controls and the captain started to taxi. He made a couple of taxi turns while I was performing the after landing checklist. He then called out that he couldn't turn the aircraft. I looked up and saw we were sliding. I joined him on the brakes as he put the power levers in full reverse. Both of these inputs, along with tiller inputs, came to no effect. Our nosewheel and right main gear went into the grass. There was no damage.
