Narrative:
TCASII target observed north of me about 2 mi. As I turned final, the target merged and went to 200 ft below, activating TCASII RA. I climbed about 500 ft as the target climbed with me at first, then separated to 400 ft and RA ended. There are always a lot of small planes flying around extended centerline of runway 7/25 at orl. I've had 2 other near midair collision's this yr at this airport. This time I never saw the other plane. I've had numerous discussions with the orlando controllers but there seems to be nothing they can do. The local trainers need to stay away from the final approach area until they are ready to land and talk to the tower.
