Narrative:

When departing slc on the jazzz 2 departure, there are numerous takeoff minimums depending on assigned heading. Prior to taxi, we reviewed all possibilities since we did not know what heading or runway we would be assigned. Workload increased during taxi due to deicing of our aircraft, a ground stop due to an emergency in progress, runway changes, low visibility and changing RVR's. We were cleared for takeoff on runway 35, RVR reported at 4000 ft. After takeoff, while checking the SID, we became aware that headings between 311 degrees and 340 degrees require an RVR of 5000 ft. Takeoff and climb out was uneventful.
