Narrative:

Approximately 4 hours into the flight, the passenger's wife notified a flight attendant that her husband was feeling ill. After preliminary examination by the flight attendant, the flight attendant made a PA looking for a doctor. One was located. The doctor requested use of the medical kit, aed (defibrillator) and oxygen. The cockpit was notified of the seriousness of the medical situation, and decided to make an unscheduled landing at yqx, which was just ahead. Passenger and wife were taken to local hospital. I was on rest break at time. I only participated in preparing cabin for landing.
