Narrative:
ATIS gave wind as 350 degrees, runway 33 in use. Due to runway length, elected to use runway 6. Taxi clearance was 'taxi to runway 6 full length via taxiway G.' this requires crossing runway 6, which I did without holding -- having forgotten that clearance to taxi to a runway is not a clearance to cross that runway. Contributing factors: fatigue, runway 33 active.

Narrative: ATIS GAVE WIND AS 350 DEGS, RWY 33 IN USE. DUE TO RWY LENGTH, ELECTED TO USE RWY 6. TAXI CLRNC WAS 'TAXI TO RWY 6 FULL LENGTH VIA TXWY G.' THIS REQUIRES XING RWY 6, WHICH I DID WITHOUT HOLDING -- HAVING FORGOTTEN THAT CLRNC TO TAXI TO A RWY IS NOT A CLRNC TO CROSS THAT RWY. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: FATIGUE, RWY 33 ACTIVE.
