Narrative:
On nov/xa/99, I accomplished maintenance check card #wxxx forward cargo compartment duct heater check, which requires to open 3 cargo compartment heater circuit breakers (J12, J13, and J14) to check resistance of relay R2-211 at relay station 110. It has come to my attention that the 3 phase circuit breakers are routinely reset simultaneously. I did not reset them simultaneously and they may have popped open upon the xfer from external power to engine run-up power.

Narrative: ON NOV/XA/99, I ACCOMPLISHED MAINT CHK CARD #WXXX FORWARD CARGO COMPARTMENT DUCT HEATER CHK, WHICH REQUIRES TO OPEN 3 CARGO COMPARTMENT HEATER CIRCUIT BREAKERS (J12, J13, AND J14) TO CHK RESISTANCE OF RELAY R2-211 AT RELAY STATION 110. IT HAS COME TO MY ATTN THAT THE 3 PHASE CIRCUIT BREAKERS ARE ROUTINELY RESET SIMULTANEOUSLY.
