Narrative:
On climb out from pittsburgh aircraft did not pressurize. After following procedures outlined in the QRH we were unable to establish pressurization. After contact with dispatch and maintenance the decision was made to return to pit for landing. We did not climb above 7000 ft, did not declare an emergency. Normal landing was made. Note: 13+ hour day did not help. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated cause of the failure to pressurize the cabin was not reported by maintenance and no follow up was made. The reporter said after the return to the field a quick plane change was made and maintenance was still working the pressurization report.
