Narrative:
In sum: student pilot on his 4TH solo experiences loud noise in-flight and discovers a door not fully closed. He further experiences a partial radio communication failure associated with the noise from the open door. An emergency landing without communication is accomplished. Tower light signals the reporter to stop aircraft on tarmac and receive instructions from waiting fire/rescue personnel. Landing and tow in are without further incident.

Title: PA28-151 STUDENT PLT MAKES EMER LNDG AFTER MECHANICAL DIFFICULTIES AND LOSS OF COM AT FRG.
Narrative: IN SUM: STUDENT PLT ON HIS 4TH SOLO EXPERIENCES LOUD NOISE INFLT AND DISCOVERS A DOOR NOT FULLY CLOSED. HE FURTHER EXPERIENCES A PARTIAL RADIO COM FAILURE ASSOCIATED WITH THE NOISE FROM THE OPEN DOOR. AN EMER LNDG WITHOUT COM IS ACCOMPLISHED. TWR LIGHT SIGNALS THE RPTR TO STOP ACFT ON TARMAC AND RECEIVE INSTRUCTIONS FROM WAITING FIRE/RESCUE PERSONNEL. LNDG AND TOW IN ARE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
