Narrative:
Runway 14/32 is being extended to the north. I was landing on runway 14 and my right gear collided with an unlit barrier. The barrier was sitting at the end of the hard surface. At that time of day the sun was in my eyes and I did not see the barrier. If it had been lighted I'm sure I would have seen it and avoided the collision. There was no major damage to the aircraft (couple scrapes). The reason for this report. #1: report the unlit barrier. 2) I received a note from the airport authority/authorized saying they were going to report this incident to the FAA.
